The Leader: Painted Post man charged with possessing child porn (July 23 2013) Donald Gulick, of West Hill Road, was charged with possession of an obscene sexual performance by a child, a class E felony. State police said they uncovered an extensive collection of child pornography stored on computer equipment at Gulick’s residence. State police investigated the case after being contacted by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Troopers said a woman made a complaint after Gulick allegedly made comments to her about pedophilia on an Internet dating site.
