Case against jail deputy accused of prostituting wife adjourned until next week

The case against suspended Erie County Sheriff’s Deputy Wallace Waliczek has been adjourned until next week. He’s accused of promoting the prostitution of his wife. An undercover officer arrested his wife Melissa in August. The officer was responding to one of the prostitution ads on the internet. He’s scheduled to be back in court next Monday.
