Metrowest Daily News: Teacher's aide charged with exposing himself in Framingham bookstore (Feb 26 2013)

Framingham police arrested Brian Kennedy, 34, of 147 Minot St., Dorchester, Saturday at the police station. He is charged with one count of open and gross lewdness for the alleged Feb. 13 incident at the bookstore at 1 Worcester Road. Police said that, at the police station, Kennedy admitted to exposing himself at the store, saying he was drunk, that he struggles with depression and knew what he did was wrong. Kennedy also told police he has publicly exposed himself several times before, including at a Kohl’s store in Avon. There is no Kohl’s in Avon, but there is one in neighboring Stoughton. Last year, the Patriot Ledger and its sister paper, The Enterprise of Brockton, ran a story about police looking to identify a man exposed himself to a 13-year-old girl in that store. The incident was also featured on the Mass Most Wanted website.

Milford Daily News: Weymouth teacher’s aide charged with lewdness may be tied to Stoughton case (Feb 27 2013)

Police in Stoughton say a Weymouth teacher’s aide currently on unpaid leave after being charged with exposing himself to two young girls in a bookstore is a “person of interest” in an indecent exposure case from last year ... When the officer who arrested him asked if he’d ever done it before, the 34-year-old Dorchester resident told him he had exposed himself at a Kohl’s department store in Avon “about two years ago,” according to a police report. There is no Kohl’s in Avon, but there is one nearby on Technology Center Drive in Stoughton. “He’s close in description to our suspect in that case,” Stoughton police executive officer Robert Devine said Tuesday. “Currently the investigation has not led to charges.”

    Hi,

I'm sorry if this is against the "no whining about information" rule, but i just want to point out a mistake. Weymouth Public Schools/Chapman Middle School is in Massachusetts, not Maine.
