Walker County sheriff says deputy charged with sexual assault was transporting woman to hospital

A Walker County deputy was arrested Thursday and out of a job Friday because, authorities say, he sexually assaulted a woman while transporting her from one hospital to another. Walker County Sheriff Steve Wilson said Friday how he is personally very disappointed in the alleged actions of a now former deputy who was arrested on felony charges that include sexual assault by a person of authority.
