According to an arrest warrant, Triara Fawn Guiess, who weighs 320 pounds, grabbed the freshman girl around the neck and choked her. The student's grandfather tells WHAS11 that the victim is small in stature and has cerebral palsy, which requires her to use a walker to get around ... In early October, Guisse was arrested in Fayette County for driving too slow for conditions. As part of that arrest, she was also charged with wanton endangerment of a police officer, fleeing and evading police and disorderly conduct.

A special needs teenager at Manual High School was allegedly assaulted by a student teacher. According to arrest records, Trira Guisse, 29, wrapped her forearm around the girl's neck.The girl, who is a freshman at Manual, suffers from cerebral palsy and needs a walker to get around ... The freshman was having trouble breathing and struggled out of the chokehold.The girl was treated at a local hospital for contusions to her neck and throat.

Court records show Guisse led police on a chase in Fayette County less that two weeks after the alleged incident in Louisville. According to court documents, an officer spotted her going 10 mph along I-64. She allegedly refused to stop and hit a State Police cruiser after she exited the interstate at Newtown Pike. Police finally stopped her by ramming her car. Even then, police reports indicate she locked her doors and refused to get out of the car. Officers had to break a window to get Guisse out of the vehicle.
