    An arrest warrant has been issued for an assistant band director at Godley High School, who is facing charges of having an improper relationship between an educator and a student, the Johnson County Sheriff's office reported Monday. Sheriff Bob Alford ... said Cathey and the famale student "have been having an ongoing friendship starting approximately one year ago."

    Officials with the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office confirmed Monday afternoon that there was an arrest warrant issued for 32-year-old Taylor Cathey, a Godley High School teacher ... Lt. Tim Jones said Cathey was expected to turn himself in for engaging in an improper relationship between educator and student. He said Cathey’s bond would be set at $75,000 and that the student is a minor.
