Karen Parker, head of the school, resigned April 7, according a statement from board chairman, Christopher Aldredge, provided to The Fayetteville Observer on Wednesday. New charges filed against former teacher Additional charges have been filed against a former Cape Fear Christian Academy employee accused of engaging in sexual activity with a student. Tammy Tyner Moran, 45, of Cottle Lake Drive in Coats, was charged Monday with an additional count of sexual activity with a student and embezzlement, according to the Harnett County Sheriff’s Office.
