Summers said witnesses reported seeing Wilcoxon walking nude on his third floor balcony, and sitting in the threshold of his balcony while masturbating in public view. One of the witnesses took a cell phone image. A Duarte middle school teacher has been arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure for allegedly exposing and touching himself on the balcony of his Glendora apartment earlier this month, officials said.

    Glendora Patch: UPDATED: Duarte Teacher Arrested, Accused of Indecent Exposure: Glendora resident surrendered after warrant was issued stemming from the incident Nov. 12 (Nov 28 2012)

    Glendora officers were called Nov. 12 to the 600 block of West Route 66 at 11:22 a.m. by several employees of a nearby business. The employees reportedly witnessed a naked Wilcoxon laying down in a chair on his balcony across the street masturbating, police said. Officers attempted to contact Wilcoxon, but were unable to find him. Police later identified Wilcoxon and the three witnesses positively identified him through a photographic lineup. Police were eventually able to contact the teacher who has been cooperating with the investigation, police said.
