Lawsuit accuses late Santa Fe mayor of child sex abuse A lawsuit filed Monday alleges that the late Louis Montaño sexually abused a 12-year-old boy while serving as director of the Boys Club of Santa Fe in the early 1970s, roughly a decade before Montaño was elected as Santa Fe’s mayor.
