    Man charged with felony child abuse has open case in Minnesota

    Racine police say a father with an open case of child abuse in Minnesota is facing the same charges here for beating his two sons. The man—who is not being named to protect the identity of his children—was charged Thursday in Racine County Circuit Court with two felony counts of physical abuse of a child-intentionally causing bodily harm. If convicted, he faces up to 12 years in prison and/or up to $20,000 in fines.
