    Jury makes award in MPD police dog case


    A Maysville man won a jury award against a former Maysville police officer during a trial this week. Tyler J. White, 29, sued the city of Maysville, Maysville Police Department and officers Christopher Conley, Michael Parsons and Kenneth Fuller in their official capacity after he was bitten by the MPD’s drug dog in December 2016 outside a Maysville bar. Fuller was the dog handler and the other officers were also on duty at the time of White’s arrest.
