The Statesman said:

A Central Texas teacher has been charged with aggravated sexual assault and with having an improper relationship between educator and student, according to arrest affidavits filed Wednesday in Travis County. Pflugerville resident Holly Lopez, 32, is accused of having sex with an eighth-grade student and with his teenage friend on Feb. 11, the arrest affidavit said. Police said the boys were 14 and 13 years old ... Lopez and the student exchanged about 841 text messages between Jan. 18 and Feb. 11, the affidavit said. Between Feb. 11 and Feb. 20, Lopez and the student exchanged another 292 texts, the document said. The student told police that he had regularly turned to Lopez for help in math, but as the year wore on, the student-teacher relationship took an inappropriate turn, Pflugerville police said in the affidavit. On the night of the incident, Lopez arrived at the Pflugerville home of the student's friend with condoms and had sex with both teens, the affidavit said.
