A Chelsea High School history teacher and volleyball coach has been arrested and charged with having sexual contact with a student. Donald Carey Teague, 57, is being held in the Shelby County Jail on $30,000 bond. Teague was booked into the jail May 15 on a charge of a school employee having sexual contact with a student under the age of 19.
