[Clinton David Beck], who pled guilty to improper relationship between a teacher and a student, was sentenced to 120 days in jail and 10 years probation in Comal County District Court yesterday ... At yesterday's hearing, Judge Charles Ramsey superseded the pre-sentence investigation (which recommended deferred adjudication) and convicted Beck on the improper relationship charge before sentencing him to 10 years of probation. Judge Ramsey also ordered that should Beck violate his probation he would be facing a maximum of 10 years in prison.
