Empire High School English teacher and cheerleading coach has been arrested; police say she had sexual contact with her student. Christie Elliot, 25, is charged with once count each of luring a minor for sexual exploitation and sexual conduct with a minor. Tucson police detective say a parent found inappropriate messages on his child's cell phone. The parent reported the messages to the school because he believed the messages were from the child's English teacher.
