According to court documents, 36-year-old Casey L. Guyer was arrested and charged in Muncy, Pennsylvania, on Feb. 26. Guyer is facing 25 separate charges, among them are felonies including rape forcible compulsion, statutory sexual assault - 11 years or older, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault and criminal attempted statutory sexual assault. New York man charged with raping teenage boy 27 February 2021 A New York state man was brought back here late Friday morning to face charges of allegedly molesting a teenage boy on several occasions in the borough in the summer of 2019, according to borough Detective Raymond O. Kontz III. Casey Lewis Guyer, 36, of Little Falls, was brought before District Judge Jon E. Kemp and arraigned on a total of 25 felony or misdemeanor counts.
