Ward is being held in the Cleburne County Jail on a total bond of $230,000. Authorities are releasing few details but say they already know more than one victim is involved. Benefield said the case began several weeks ago when he and another investigator received information about sexual misconduct between a teacher [Bronson Ward] and a student. Investigators found more than one victim ... Investigators declined to say how many students are involved, and are withholding their ages to protect the identities of the victims. Benefield. Warrants for Ward’s arrest show he is charged in the cases of two alleged victims. Four of the warrants were filed in Calhoun County related to events that allegedly took place in Ward’s home, said Jennifer Weems, a Calhoun County assistant district attorney.
