Ex-Bastrop teacher gets 15 years for sex assault A former 6th grade teacher was sentenced to 15 years in prison Thursday after pleading guilty to two charges of aggravated sexual assault. Arthur Reyes, 61, was arrested in 2012 after a student came forward with allegations of sexual assault. During the investigation, a second victim came forward saying Reyes also assaulted him.
