WLTZ 38 News (18 Apr 2012): Lawsuit claims Phenix City School Board is to blame for student-teacher affair
The only wordss I can find is for people not to believe everything you read. There's always two sides. There are erroneous errors in this arrest and lawsuit itself. Once it all comes out, I don't imagine you'll be viewing our friend as some "mischievous teacher" Stat tuned.
Charges were dropped. The school system, school employees and Ms. Young won the lawsuit brought forth by this family. Ms. Young has filed lawsuits on all three individuals independent of each other on ten separate counts ranging from cyber trespassing, defamation, harassment, etc. and boxes of evidence to present to the court. The lawsuit by the family was dismissed against all defendants, including Ms. Young, who did not need to even give a deposition to assist in the defense. The plaintiffs failed to prosecute their claims and defamed Ms. Young with an abundance of false statements. In Ms. Young's lawsuit, perhaps the truth will finally be brought to light and accusers will be seen
If charges were dropped why is she a convicted sex offender on the Alabama registry? GUILTY: Conviction Date: 06/17/2013 https://app.alea.gov/Community/wfSexOffenderFlyer.aspx?ID=949de5c6-14b6-41aa-8b84-2ace56c0ae2b
I can't find that in the Alabama Sex Offender registry, closest is a Jennifer Denise [different middle name] Young approx. 11 years younger. There do appear to be some material related to the lawsuit mentioned above, which I will post below.
One of the findings of fact in the federal lawsuit; I'll post all 25 pages later. Also in the findings of fact is that Jennifer Young resigned her employment: As of 5 August 2013, this was the status of the federal lawsuit: At least up to this point, Jennifer Young had not responded to the lawsuit. I have a Pacer account, will check later if there is anything further of interest in the docket.
